The Board of the Polish Union of Footballers with headquarters in Łódź, Widzewska 69a Street, entered in the Register of Societies, Other Social and Professional Organizations, Foundations and Independent Public Healthcare Centres run by the Regional Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000084685, acting pursuant to § 32, Item 1 a) of the Statute of Polish Union of Footballers convenes an Extraordinary General Assembly of Members (Meeting) on September 16, 2019 at 15.00 at the PZP headquarters, Widzewska 69a street, 92-308 Łódź.
The meeting will be held with the following agenda:
- Opening of the Meeting.
- Confirmation that the Meeting has been properly convened and is able to adopt resolutions.
- Election of the Chairman of the Meeting.
- Selecting a Minute Taker.
- Election of the Returning Committee.
- Adoption of the agenda.
- Adoption of the resolution on amending the Statute of the Polish Union of Footballers.
- Election of the new Board Members.
- Closing of the Meeting.
